Hemorrhoids?  Shouldn't they be called Assteroids?

If life gives you melons, you might be dyslexic.

If you suck at playing the trumpet, that may be why.

Dogs can't take MRI's but Cat scan.

I used to love going to the Big Nickle. My kids got to go see it for grade 8 graduation. We used to live in the SOO.

For evening entertainment all of us geology majors would go stock up on beer and sit outside and watch them dump the molten slag.  This was a LONG time ago and there wasn't much to do for excitement then.

 

Also wasn't much vegetation around either.

Haha still not much to do in Sudbury 

My father worked there often over the years (iron worker/welder) He has a piece of slag still in his neck. Years later the doctors still don't want to touch it.

We got as far west as Elliot Lake....uranium!  Had the Gieger counters working.
