I have the same problem wherein my DS-160 is not accessible anymore and i m unable to update the appointment with a new DS-160. My visa appointment is on August 29th in Hyderabad. Can someone provide the help desk phone number? Looks like multiple folks have this problem.

Tried calling the number - nobody answers. Tried emailing them - nobody responds. Tried the chat feature as well - got this message "Please wait. One of the customer service operators will answer you as soon as possible." and nobody joins.

 

Do i have any hope? My appointment is on August 29th.

After some soul searching and terrible service from UStravel docs team, I was able to find some information online. Follow the below instructions to fix the issue on Not being able to login into the website "https://portal.ustraveldocs.com/" :

- Sign up for a new profile (do this even if you have an account already with ustraveldocs website)

- make sure you verify your email as a part of this form

- once done, you should access to their new website and ability to change the appointment

Hello, I am having this same problem where the site keeps signing me out and asking me to log in. Can you please guide me as to what exactly I need to do to resolve this. I have been struggling with this for many days, I just discovered this post and see that you were able to resolve it. Hope to hear from you soon and thanks a lot in advance for the help.
