Hello. My fiance entered on a K1 visa and we are now married and preparing his register for permanent residence. Looking through my timeline I have the I-485, I-765 and I-131 and the supporting documents for each form. Is this all that needs to be sent in? Since an I-864 affadavit of support was done prior to his interview, I do not need to send this form again correct? The I-693 when does this get submitted? Thank you for your help.

Are you sure you did an I-864 and not an I-134? Regardless,

Incorrect. I would expect the case to be denied without an I-864.

This is controversial and complex.

I advocate sending I-693, even though most I-485 from K-1 cases, legally do not require it.

I think you are mistaken.  I-864s are not submitted prior to an Adjustment of Status interview. You must send an I-864 with the I-485 package.   This might be helpful:

If you are filing AOS within one year of your medical, you do not need to do the I-693 as per the instructions. You should've received the DS-3025 from your medical doctor you can throw in, and if you want to be extra sure to not have any issues you can throw in the instructions page of the I-693 (iirc its page 7) that says that you do not need it. If they end up asking for it though, you can do it at that point
