Yes it should be that way, next week as you said I will inquire them and ask them for the Case number, it was approved on the 20 no the 24 as it says online. 

 

practically I can inquire them Friday and it makes two weeks so they can prepare the case and send it on the 6th to the 8th batch

Was it an issue for her to make an appointment at the embassy? So far for me it's been impossible, I wonder if the dates are available only certain days of the month (Madrid embassy in my case).

My cade number was given to me and the nvc has recieved our application,"Due to your petition type, you will not receive a request for fee payment or document submission." that means i dont have to pay a fee for the visa no longer🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

No it wasnt really i know every country must be different but she had a good amount of available dates as well as pretty soon. Compared to tourist visas which she said were all a year or 2 out compared to k1. She did say it was 7 or 8 available dates per month like 3 months out.

Congrast , see Everything moving slowly 😁 , all K-1 will get this message about the fee. You will pay more fees in the step , Not thing is FREE pay now or pay later. now you have to wait for the case to transfer to your embassy the next batch is Nov-7 & 8 , if you got lucky you will go on to this batch. If not then Nov-21 & 22 is following ship date. 

It's Friday get a drink and celebrate.

What a journey brother, is there a way i can check the status with my case number?  Thank you so much I hope we both get our case shipped on this coming batch next week.

I download "CASE TRACKER FOR US" app to my Iphone, this is the best way to track all the cases it will tell you when the case move to the next step. this app is good to have for all future cases after too.

Great app, but this app still says, we have recievec your case on Jan 5 2023, it has not updated the NOA2, IS There a part for the NVC?

after you open the app , there is 2-taps the one in the right "NVC" click on that and you can add the Case number from NVC

I did not see the NVC part on my application. I updated it today and still.

 

Hopefully they send our cases to the embassies tomorrow or wednesday

Is your case status viewed under the CEAC immigrant category where you only has to put the case number or under the noninmigrant category? i am only available to see it as a immigrant category strange.

I am glad i am mot the only one. I thought they have made a mistake or so. Hopefully they will send our cases today or tomorrow since we already have our case numbers.
