Which background check (antecedentes policiales)is needed peru (merged)

Which background check is needed in peru for antecedentes policiales? There are three options. Para el uso Nacional (8.5 soles) or uso en el extranjero (133.28 soles) or para viaje al exterior (47.4 soles)?

Since you are applying for a spousal visa, then it should be the one for "uso en el extranjero" (133.28 soles) because it will be used by the USA embassy to determine whether or not the visa is approved and issued.  Even though, the US embassy is physically within Peru, it is actually being used "en el extranjero" (in a foreign country).

Do I have to translate the police certificate from Spanish to English for the nvc? Police check is from Peru

The embassy is in peru, not in Kenya

Then no need for translation if already in the local language.  The instructions are clear on this.

Does the police report need to be apostilled to send to nvc? Case is for embassy in lima, peru. The report says its only valid for 90 days, if my interview is after 90 days (most likely since I haven't even sent it to NVC yet) will I need to get another police report before the embassy interview?
