Reading through these, I would choose "none of the above applies.." in the first section, and "I need to register for an immigrant visa" in the second section since you are actually applying for an immigrant visa.

So I went through and confirmed my email. And now has these options.  None of these apply to me? So now what?

ok I clicked register interview. And then I put all info in and got this response see attached.

man’s I have an interview date. Unless it’s too early and it isn’t in the system yet. I will wait till next week.

Why don’t you just follow the instructions on there? It seems pretty clear.

Choose the answer that applies to your situation. Obviously it’s not a lottery, you’re not a returning resident (I’m assuming), and you said it’s not a K. There are only two other choices…and you said you received a letter and have an interview date for cr1 set already.

I have the exact same thing. Got IL Friday and interview day 13/9.

Don’t worry! What I read elsewhere said it can take a day or two to get the systems aligned so they know you’ve had the appointment set. I’m gonna try again on Tuesday. We’ve plenty of time to resolve yet!

Exactly.  Give it a couple of days and it will be there 🙂
