UK K1 Visa After 2nd NOA. When do I Schedule Medical and the interview

Hello, So I received NOA2 (I-797) back on April 5th.
Since then I've received the case number from the NVC by emailing and asking for it.
I have also received confirmation that the package has been sent to the UK embassy. The CEAC website showed in transit for a while and now the status shows as ready.
Because of this, we completed the DS-160

I still haven't received a letter from the NVC with instructions and both citizen path and asking a lawyer they said that I should have.

So my question is with the fact the embassy has the papers and it shows ready.
Do I contact NVC or the embassy to get info/welcome letter? So far neither have been much help when contacting them and I don't know who to grill more
Am I supposed to receive an invoice number to pay stuff online?

do I start scheduling the medical exam?
do I start scheduling the interview?
do I send any documents like the I-134 to the embassy prior to the interview or does my fiance bring that to the interview?

The place where you schedule the interview said to only schedule it when you have been directly told to so I've been a little cautious about making the move and starting to schedule stuff, any help is greatly appreciated.

K-1 procedures are dependent on the consulate.

I suggest you contact the consulates for next steps.

Not knowing the consulate, I suggest you contact the consulates for next steps.

Knowing the consulate, we would flag this topic to get it  moved to a regional forum.

The interview will be at the UK, London embassy, is that the information needed?
