So do you think her marriage and previous travel history will prevent her from getting another stamp? Her current stamp expires at end of this year. Like I said, going forward we are going to limit her travel here severely and she also has somewhat strong ties to Canada imo as I outlined previous. Would love to know your thoughts?

For your friends, how do they navigate their marriage? Did the USC move the their spouse's home country? Or do they really live in separate countries and only visit each other occasionally? Curious how that works.

I’m saying- it doesn’t matter if you file the I130 or not. No one can tell you if her previous visits to the US will impact her next stamp or not. Her relationship with you is the factor that might stop her getting another stamp. MIGHT- being the operative word. Don’t delay filing the petition only because you think that will help her get another stamp.

In the case of my friends, they live together in either the spouse’s home country OR a third country (like you would live in Canada with your wife from China).

People living on the US/Canadian border can go back and forth every day to work in the other country, so you can definitely go check on your wife.  Like I've said at least twice before.  Share the travel and avoid abusing the privilege and you'll have no worries.
