H4 EAD (I-765)

Hi All,

I am putting together my wife's I-765 package for applying for her EAD for the H4 visa.

The issue is that she had EAD before as a J2 visa holder, but she lost the very last card she was issued.

The application will be for a new employment authorization since its been some years since she was eligible to have EAD and her last EAD expired in 2020.

We do have a picture of her front page, but not the back page. Would anyone know if this would be an issue for her application?

Any help is very welcome!!!
