I have filed I129f (petition for alien fiancé) before which was approved. Somehow we didn't proceed further. Now I am married to someone else and I am filing I-130 (petition for alien relative). There is a question "Have you ever previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien" on I-130.

What should be my answer ? Yes or No

Since It's not clear if its asking about any previous petition or specifically about previous I-130 ?

Answer Yes

You'll also be asked for time, place, and result as I recall.  Result is unclear.  Presumably the petition was approved, but the foreign fiancee did not apply for a visa.  Please clarify.
