Hello, yes we got our interview for the first week of December.

Thanks for the info! So did you get notified by the NVC about the interview date just recently, right?

So the average wait time for an IR1/CR1 Visa interview in the US Consulate in Santiago is around 5 months? right? has anybody  recently received an interview notification?

Yes, about 5 months to get the notification since DQ, approximately, and the interview is scheduled approximately one month down the line after the notification
