I hear ya; I got a touch on Nov 2, then nothing between then and Nov 23, then nothing since. I'm not worried or anything but it's still unsettling.

Yup... that's exactly how I feel. Oh well... Just think of those cases that were filed back in Dec-Jan '06. They are still waiting until now. We're still lucky, right?

Be patient..... I had no touch on mine since I mailed out the RFE at the end of Sept . I actually call the toll free number because I have not received my approved EAD. I did mention to them that I was approching the 60 days mark for the I 485 and less than 10 days after I received my interview letter.

Oh, I'm patient... honestly. I'm not even worried as I understand that they are swamped with applications. It's just it would be nice to enjoy the holidays without the pending case that every now and then would pop-up in my head.

Good news, we had our interview yesterday and were approved, and the passport was stamped for a temporary green card! Please update the list to reflect this.

My case hasn't been touched since 11/12/07 - just after my biometrics. I keep hoping there's a new update when I go to check it online - fingers crossed a transfer. Cos who knows how long it'll take to get an interview in Tampa!

I received my interview date today as well. For January 22nd in Baltimore. Now the letter says notice to appear for "initial interview". Should the "initial" part worry me? Did everyone else's letter say the same thing?

So apparently USCIS sent me an RFE. I don't know what they want since I only just saw it online and don't have the actual letter yet. We'll see.

Sent in my RFE on Nov 7th, they informed me of resuming my case on Nov 25.

The unsettling thing here is - the posting is only for AOS - there is no posting on

resuming my EAD... :blink:

What does this really mean? I thought EADs are usually worked on either first or

are sent out sooner than AOS?

Has anyone gone through this?

I received my interview date today as well. For January 22nd in Baltimore. Now the letter says notice to appear for "initial interview". Should the "initial" part worry me? Did everyone else's letter say the same thing?

04/17/08 - Interview

04/21/08 - Received I-130 Approval Notice

05/09/08 - I-485 Approved (Email - Welcome Notice mailed)

05/20/08 - PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD ARRIVED IN THE MAIL
