Hi All. My information appears to have dropped off the list, but I have an update so please add it all to the list again.

Filed I485, I130, I131, I765 concurrently at Chicago, mailed Fedex 7/27, received 7/30, NOA1 received on 9/4 for all applications with date 8/29/07. Check cashed 8/30. No biometrics date yet, but all cases are viewable online.

Same it is with my case..

Online it says the notice was sent on August 1st but i received it yesterday on the mail dated Aug 27.

So yes there is something weird about that..

But me too happy to see things moving ahead...:-)

Mailed out our application July 30, just in time for the fee increase! It was delivered a few days later, but I've gotten nothing yet--no NOA1, and my check hasn't been cashed yet. That's what's most worrying right now. Anyone else file around the same time who hasn't had their check cashed yet? You'd think that sometime in the last month, they'd want to get their hands on that $1010!

They received our package on the 2nd of August, yet no NOA1, no biometrics, no nada, no signs of anything.

1/23/07: I-129F packet received and signed for at 9:45A.M.!!

4/27/07: NOA2

5/01/07: NOA2 Hardcopy received

5/10/07: Approval arrives at NVC

5/14/07: Leaves NVC

5/17/07: Arrives at Bogota, Colombia

5/18/07: Packet 3 faxed to Embassy

5/22/07: Packet 3 sent via courier

5/30/07: Wendy receives packet 3 (Good thing we used the shortcut)

6/04/07: Packet 4 received

7/03/07: Medical appt. scheduled
