YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOA1 received today for both I-130 and I-485!! I can't believe it. Our check hasn't even been cashed yet! What a huge sigh of relief that they've at least received it and accepted it. After hearing what a couple of people have went through, I was scared they might return it asking for the new fee.

Notice date of August 31st.

Not able to track it online yet.

Hi There,

I just got my paper NOA1's in the mail today, yippee!! They say my paperwork was received on July 28th (I mailed it on the 25th and never got confirmation from USPS on whether and when it arrived) and the notice day is August 31st. That part I think is weird, because online it says "On August 17, 2007, we received this I485 APPLICATION ...." and the last updated date is August 22nd. But whatever, I'm just happy things are rolling.

Hello all! We hope you're all doing great!

We received 2 NOA's yesterday. One was for the petition (I-130) and the other for the employment authoriation form (I-765).

Both notices dated 8/30/07 (It also indicates that our application was received on 7/30/07).

I thought I'd share this with you guys! My wife doesn't even know yet!! (Forgot to check mailbox yesterday so I actually got them this morning before I left to work...Perla is still in bed....don't wanna wake her.....although she'd love to be awaken by news like this!!)
