Anyone that has a received date of 8/2 or later get their NOA1's or biometrics appointment?

Still a "boatload" of July filers waiting....

I always say "buttload". Which one is more?

Depends on how big your "butt" or "boat" is!!!!!

Oct 1/09 - I-751 package sent

Oct 3 - package delivered

Oct 5 - NOA mailed

Oct 13 - 1st NOA received and additional letters for my daughters I filed with. NOAs stated Resident Status

has been extended for 1 year and that we will be receiving a letter for an ASC appointment for

fingerprints, photo, and signature.

Dec 2009 - Received 10 year permanent resident card.

Feb 2010 - My children received their 10 year permanent resident cards.

Oct 2010 - My children were legally adopted by my USA Citizen husband.

Hi, what a neat idea. Please add me to the list.

My package was postmarked on 7/28, arrived 7/30. I just received my NOA1s for my I-130, I-485 and I-765 today 8/24. Yay! None of my cases are showing up online though. I hear it may take some time. Has anyone been able to check their case through the USCIS site yet? Its here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp. Sorry if this has been asked before. I tried to scan through most of the posts in this topic, but i might have missed it.

I'm also waiting for my Biometrics appointment to be scheduled.

OK...weird thing.

I received letters today for my girls biometrics appointments....why not mine. So I guess we can update my profile showing they rec'd their biometrics for Sept. 11. Fingers crossed that I will get mine right away because I certainly do not want to make two trips. It is a 400 mile drive for me. (yup I live in the boonies.....that is basically in the middle of nowhere)

genxv - most people haven't been able to check their status online until after they've had their biometrics. Sometimes it takes even a couple of weeks after that. Don't worry, i'm sure you'll be able to access it soon.

Hi! I finally got my mail from USCIS smile.gif Its a i-797C, Notice of Action indicating my case numbers for both AOS & EAD alongwith Biometrics appointment. Is this my NOA1?? I am in California but my service centre is MSC????

Anyways please add my bio appt date as sept 22 at 8 am at Oakland USCIS...Being in Sunnyvale, i thought it would be San jose...oh well! I am ok that i finally got the appointment ;)
