Previously denied K1 Visa with old fiance... Filing for Spouse Visa with someone else -- is this an issue?

Hello everyone I have a serious question and I don't know what to do about it.

Long story short I was in a relationship with an American woman we filled for a k1 visa, we got denied after the interview  administrative processing and all that.

and soon after that she broke up with me. And decided to put an end to the relationship. I didn't want that but there was nothing I could do.

Now I met another American woman and we are going to get married and fill a cr 1 application

My question is that does my previous relationship with the first one is going to cause any problems or hardships

I just want to know what to expect and if there's any members who went through a similar experience

I appreciate all the insights you could provide me with.

Thank for taking the time to read my post.

Much depends on which Consulate.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I expect so.

Why was K-1 denied?

~~ Topic moved to CR1/IR1 spousal visa forum as the question is about implications on a Cr-1~~

Possibly. Too little info on timeline of previous/current relationship and other circumstances surrounding denial to say for sure.

Is it going to be very hard to overcome?

Except what?

I don't know why they denied it administrative processing then they sent back the case to uscis

Most likely because they suspected that it was fraudulent- that you were in it for a green card.

You will have to work hard to convince them of the bonafides of this relationship-  lots of in-person time spent together, many visits etc.   You are from a country with high levels of immigration fraud and other issues, so it will not be easy.

Your girlfriend should probably join VisaJourney.  You both have much to learn.

What kind of information do you need

What is the timeline of previous relationship? When did the new one start? Any major cultural/age differences with a previous partner and current? How many times have you met in person with your current partner?

I expect there to be a problem with your CR-1.

Your ex-fiancee might know based on what USCIS sent her when it canceled I-129F.

You can try to get an FOIA from USCIS for your entire A file.

When USCIS receives a K1 petition back from a Consulate, they say nothing useful.  They just say their approval of the petition has expired (Approvals expire after 4 months unless the Consulate extends them.) and the petitioner is free to file again.

With a previous denial for lack of bona fides, you'll need to spend a lot of time with the new woman in person, and NOT marry on the first visit.
