K1 Wrong Address

Just mailed our K1 packet using USPS Express and sent it to the wrong address I believe. I just used the address posted on the uscis website for usps as I thought using express meant it got there faster. Will this be an issue? I mailed it to the Dallas, TX 75266 P.O. box instead of the Lewisville address(I think they should be more specific about express since express is USPS. But my package is currently sitting at a post office in Dallas, TX 75260 available for pickup.

Did you send it to this address:

U.S. Postal Service (USPS):
USCIS
Attn: I-129F
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266-0151

yes, but i used usps express and its sitting at this address

You cannot use USPS to the other address. All USPS mail for I-129F must go to the address you used.

USPS delivered it to where it was  sent. It cannot force USCIS to collect it.

In this situation, because USPS express mail is delivered to a post office box, it does not buy you anything over USPS priority mail.

Does the beneficiary have kids aged 16-17 or aged 19-20? If so, I can see the sense of urgency.

Sorry for the premature post, I always stress stuff. Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly. I'm glad I found this place, it's helped me a lot so far.

You just started.  It will take about 2 years to complete.

Stressing over mail that took a day to be delivered is not a good way to wait out this process.

No worries. In the future (i.e any thing for the K-1 visa the consulate uses, I-485 packet, I-751, and N-400), use DHL next day service. This way it goes directly to the DoS/USCIS facility. Always send on a Monday that is not a federal holiday so that it arrives before Saturday and you are not stressing over it sitting outside the office all weekend.

That is too bad, because I-129F was the simplest part of the process. I-129F was not the better choice for someone who is prone to stress. Also I-130 can be filed online.

Lockboxes are unusual.  Mail goes to places you didn't address it to because the customer (USCIS) or USPS has different rules about routing.

Don't worry about it stopping at an interim address.  Give it a day or three.
