Turley is generally the voice of reason.  That being said, I have heard other analysis saying that since Merrick G. did not allow the investigation scope to be expanded to include Old Corrupt Joe, the Congressional investigation can continue unabated since that investigation is about Old Corrupt Joe.  One other question I heard bandied about is that since the entire Biden family except for Old Corrupt Joe, and Dr. First Lady, Dr. Jill Biden received money funneled through various LLCs, don't we need special prosecutors investigating the entire Biden crime family?

I am still not sure the lets just say DNC as a shorthand do not intend to get rid of Corrupt Joe and are working through a plan to do so.

 

Still think Kamala is an issue as they have to somehow get rid of her as well.

 

Biden cannot pardon Hunter and realistically stand for reelection?, even I am not sure on that any longer but who knows we live in weird times.

 

I assume Biden will pardon Hunter if he is reelected.

 

Meanwhile we have Trump playing a similar set of cards.

I assume their only real option is to get Old Corrupt Joe to come out and say he is going to finish this term, but is not running in '24 which would throw it to an open primary and let that process take care of the Kamala issue.  Now this would have to happen relatively soon, and who knows if Joe or Dr. First Lady, Dr. Jill Biden are on board.
