I'm a US Citizen and my parents are Permanent Residents I have a few questions:
1.If I want to apply for my sister's I-130 Form how do I immigrate her husband and children aswell
2.Am I required to fill different forms for each of them , if not
3.What additions should I make to her I-130 form
4.Does having a child approaching the age of 21 give higher priority
5.What would be the fees for applying for her whole family of 5

Now you just file the I 130 for her

Any spouse and minor children only come into the equation when the Priority Date is current

I assume there will not be any minor children if she has a child that old.

One fee for I-130

30 years or more from now, the DS-260 fee for each person, and if the visas are issued, the the immigrant fee for each person to get green cards
