As noted by ShazShaz,  for medical that comes before the interview you will need your spouses vaccination record.

And of course for you will the original Birth Certificate and Marriage certificate as well as the photocopy when it comes to the interview itself.

Hi Troy, thank you. With spouse you mean beneficiary? That'd be me.

Vaccination records of everything or the covid shots? I also can't remember getting anything else in the last 25 years.

Yes, the beneficiary is the one that needs their civil original documents and a photocopy of them at the interview.

everything from covid shots, Flu (if it's winter time), and many your childhood shots, including things like MMR and Chickenpox. Along with Tenatus (reinforced every 10 years) and Hepatitis B.  You will get the actual list you need once you are incontact with the medical doctor).

I (the US Citizen) did include a photocopy of my passports (from when I started to visit her) along with my current passport (and Brazil entry/exit stamps)  for my wife to take to the interview.

Most of those shots we don't get in the Netherlands if you don't have a medical indication. But I'll cross that bridge when we get to it. Thanks for the heads up.

The passport thing is no issue. We're living in the Netherlands together and having our firstborn here.
