My husband was DQ’d May 30th. I received an email saying that they would work with the Doha embassy to arrange an interview.

as of July 17th I haven’t heard anything from the NVC or received anything from Doha embassy. My case still says it’s at NVC

Should I send an inquiry to NVC asking them when will my case will be transferred or just wait it out?

I would just wait.  Your case is still in the queue for your consulate at NVC

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Cases are transferred after an interview date is assigned.  You're in the queue for an interview date.
