I just saw this on homepage where it sais new fees in effect , and its been ask to pay close attention to the labeld

" adjustment application and ancillary benefits "

but I cant find the labeld info , now I did my calculations , AP/EAD+AOS = 1.655

I thought AP and EAD where included in the new price 1010 ? please someone tell me am blind and the the new bill realy includes the AP and EAD thank you Lona

new fees

All you have to pay for is AOS + biometrics. Then you can apply for AP or EAD as much as you want while AOS is pending.

yes AP & AOS are included in the I-485 new fees.

You will still see independent fees for those two forms because some people applied before the new fees and have to renew them, or people who come on a different visa and need to apply for EAD.

ohhhhhh ok so cool no need for new glasses yet , sorry I posted it in k1 forum , am not even close to AOS yet just wanted to confirm and be prepared when times comes for AOS the new price includes the AP and EAD thank you for the replies Lona
