I added the household member to the wrong sponsor

Hi everyone. We added the household member to the wrong sponsor on CEAC. They approved the request and now the household member is appearing under the petitioner and we can't remove it. It SHOULD be added under the joint sponsor. We requested to add the household member again under the JS and got approved too. We submitted a letter explaining the situation. What else should we do? Does anyone have experience with this kind of mistakes? This CEAC thing is giving me anxiety... Thank you!

Thank you! I sent in an inquiry informing the situation and what we did. I did not ask to remove the household member. Is that okay?
