what to do if you can't register visa interview appointment online via USTRAVELDOCS.COM/HT?

Hi, I'm trying to register my appointment online from the link that travel.state.gov provided for US Embassy in Port au Prince but every time I click on the link, the only message that appear is not found and the rest of the page is completely blank. This is the website link posted on the travel.state.gov website, http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ht/ht-steps.asp,but it doesn't seem to be working,  I notice the site was accessible when I simply use www.ustraveldocs.com.

Can I use the ladder to register for the visa interview appointment for Haiti? it's giving me the possibility to register. 

Since the former isn't working are there any other websites available? Do I have to use the link specifically provided?

Past posts says you are USC and petitioned for your mom to immigrate

u do not schedule the interview

it will be done by NVC and the embassy and u will receive a notice
