My French has improved no end.

He? Or is that a she, not that it matters.

So is she younger than you? How did you meet?

Some languages to do not have gendered pronouns, Turkish for example is one of them. It is clearly person is posting using online translator. The gender actually might matter though as most countries won't allow same sex marriages which will eliminate all those CR/IR I-130 suggestions.

Gender does not matter as far as eligibility for US immigration is concerned.  Same sex marriages are legal in the US, so CR1/IR1 is certainly an option even for same sex couples in Turkey or any other country.  Same sex couples are not required by the US to get married only in their country of citizenship.  They can get married in any country where it is legal for them to do so, or even via Utah online wedding from anywhere in the world with zoom access.

I got quoted back in French, that does.

So..you are using your brother's account?  That is not allowed.   It is free to create your own account.  It will cut down on the confusion.

Alors... tu utilises le compte de ton frère ? Ce n'est pas permis. Il est libre de créer votre propre compte. Cela réduira la confusion.

Red flags, better to marry and file.

Even more reason to marry first.

To marry, well that depends how and where you marry, just needs to be legal.
