You referred to her in your original post as "wife".

yes that's it we spent time he came to turkey to visit me once we spent time on watchappp etc we have a lot in common

Turkey?  But your profile states Senegal.

In other quoted post you stated you are "not legally married", I think.  My French is rusty.

A lot of Inconsistencies, even before anything is filed.  This doesn't bode well.  I am out.

They said partner "came to Turkey" doesn't mean beneficiary lives in Turkey. Most people in MENA countries refer to their partners as husband and wife regardless of legal status. It is cultural thing.

And it makes CO's  say "too married for a spouse visa"

we see this over and over especially in  west African countries like this poster (Nigeria,  Ghana,  Senegal ,  Moroc)

CO will see a text or email or an engagement party and say "married" even if its the culture and a marriage is not reported to government agency/  the CO  has the power to make the final decision

Which is fine to give a friendly heads up if that is an actual issue. But not treat it as some crime or red flag because person who might not be well versed in nuances of USA bureaucracy used culturally appropriate to them term. Site is meant to be helpful not antagonistic.

Terminology is important in immigration.  Using the term "wife" implies marriage.  The CO needs only suspicion that a secret marriage has taken place to immediately disqualify a couple from a K-1.  It would a shame to get a denial at the interview stage.  @JeanneAdil is pretty familiar with MENA countries and their culture.

It is a red flag to USCIS, because you can't prove a negative. There are many threads here with K-1 couples running in to that issue. See below comment.

I would be more concerned with what US immigration officials understand.

I think my request is clear because I said that my girlfriend lives in the USA and she is an American citizen. I am Senegalese and I live in Turkey. So the fact that I say woman example here in Senegal if you have marriage intentions with a woman you can say my wife that's why I used this word hand thank you for your criticism it will help me too thank you

THANK YOU THEREFORE YOU RECOMMEND ME THE K-1 THEREFORE

my brother it's me who lives in Türkiye hands am senegalese

To go back to the original question it is much better to marry and file the I 130.

Is your GF also of Senegalese origin?
