What happens after waiver approval and second interview

My 601 was approved and I had my second interview. The officer said I was approved. When I left the consulate, my case changed to ready. What CEAC update comes after ready? Can something still go wrong and them refuse me? I’ve been waiting to reunite with my children for 8yrs. Im very scared something could go wrong so close to the finish line. What can I expect now?

Hello I just got approved my waiver! Did you get a second medical too? Did you request a new health case number? How long does it takes?
