This had me wondering if the reply I get from my first inquiry was a mistake. They replied that the case was received from USCIS, but not yet entered into the system. This is roughly 34ish days after NOA2. This is widely ahead of most all timelines I have been tracking here. Not complaining, just not sure I should believe it.

Not a mistake, this is standard. Check June/May/April NOA2s threads to see. Things are getting faster so it makes sense it was faster to you too!

Now, hold to that received date and make them take accountability of that in every inquiry. Tell them you got confirmation it was received on X date, attach the email too along with your NOA2, etc. Don't let them tell you they don't have it after they told you they did. Hope you get a case number soon!

February 2022 I-129F K1 Case Status Spreadsheet can be found here.
NVC Timelines spreadsheet can be found here.
NOA1:
Feb 22nd, 2022 | NOA2: May 12th, 2023 (444 days) | NVC Received: July 3rd, 2023 (52 days) | Case number: Aug 2nd, 2023 (82 days) | In Transit: Aug 15th, 2023 (95 days)  | Ready: Aug 17th, 2023 | Medical: Sep 22nd, 2023 | Interview: Sep 26th, 2023

Thank you. Do we keep inquiring to the same address?

Use the public inquiry now. NVC Research doesn’t seem to give out case numbers.

@madmanmike, thanks for starting this thread and also for posting the helpful instructions at the start of this thread.

In the PDF shared by you at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nfin98c33IEpB0T0FlURERriblYmlm5O/view, the first page reads the following:

"Contact Greenbaum to see if he has a copy of your Embassy's P3".

I couldn't find anything about "Greenbaum". Could you elaborate?

That file is merely for general information. It was written in Dec 2020, and some of the info is severely outdated. I’m not sure who is taking care of this file, but it just gets passed on every month to give us a starting place for trying to learn what’s next for us.

I know that is not the answer you were looking for, but that’s all I have. I think that the whole govt system has really put blocks in place to keep us from bugging them. No more phone calls. Emails only that take a week to get a response. You know. It’s the government. They’re here to help us. 🙄

Ah...makes sense.
I didn't want to lose track of the all mighty Greenbaum :)

Congrats!

how many times did you inquire?

First was exactly one month after NOA2. My first response was that the case was at NVC buy awaiting data entry. Second inquiry, one week later, was the same. One week later, the third inquiry, sent last Saturday, was the case number.

I get this in the CEAC website. Is the invoice ID what you get when you submit the DS-160? Thanks!

Wow, you are a record-breaker!

EDIT: You don't need an invoice ID or a CEAC account. Your case will probably be shipped next week, but we'll see. Depends a little about when it was created. You can check the creation by looking at the 3 numbers after the year.
