True. Most are without interview, but this guy was adamant it all comes down to the proof you provide of the legitimacy of your marriage at 751 application time...so who knows haha. But yes, you won't go wrong following Mikes advice also, just is much harder when you are in a state that takes 6+ months to offer a decree.

Whether you remove conditions with a divorce waiver or with a legit marriage you still need to prove up the marriage.
