Check your NOA1 for the receipt number.  If it starts CSC then it's being processed at the California service center.  You can send it there, with a cover letter that states you receipt number.

If it starts with VSC, then it is at Vermonth.

What evidence?  For the I-129F petition, you just need the proof of having met within 2 years, your proof of citizenship, and a signed letter stating you intend to marry each other.

I would like to send additional material to support my application that has been previously mailed in . texas center . How can i do that ?

You don’t generally send additional info for the fiancé visa (like for spousal visas at NVC)   Was there some major document accidentally omitted?

The chances the additional evidence actually  being attached to the I129f is very very slim

Especially for pictures.  Not required.

OP, I was thinking more along the lines of a missing divorce decree, or some other essential.

Pictures are not primary evidence, because they usually do not show evidence of meeting during the required two years prior.   Hopefully you sent better evidence of that, such as passport stamps.

INTERVIEW ?  I WILL HAVE AN INTERVIEW ? WERE?

The word you’re thinking of is “where.”

The beneficiary of the petition you filed, who is seeking a visa, will be interviews at an overseas consulate.

Sounds like you should do some reading to familiarize yourself with the basic immigration process.
