1.  Marry via a Utah online marriage.

2.  Meet

3.  File an I-130 to start the CR-1 spousal visa process.

Her visa means she can visit you during the 18-24 month process (at the discretion of CBP.)

@CCaaMM You can file the I-130 online after marriage and meeting.

You can marry as soon as you want to, but the process takes up to two years.   We recommend becoming an A student of all things US immigration, to help avoid pitfalls, delays, and unnecessary expenses.   Read, research, ask questions.

The very first thing you need to is figure out where/how you want to get married.

If she has the vacation time she can go to the US and you can marry in the US.

Or you can marry via Utah (but make sure you are together either before or after the wedding)

Or you can get married in Peru (if you have the vacation time).

You then file the I-130 (online is best) and wait.

You can visit your partner and she can visit you during the process.

My wife and I did this. Bear in mind you might want to have strong evidence the fiancée will be returning back after visiting and getting married - return tickets etc.

But with an existing B visa that's definitely an option (in our time the Utah online marriage didn't exist and our parents will likely frown on it anyway)
