How to upload latest NBI clearance

Hi,

Applicant's interview is next week already.  DS260 was re-opened this week.  Had Uploaded already the latest Tax return.

Problem is the NBI Clearance. How to upload it.  I don't see any link in ceac for that to update.  I don't see any add docs button under the applicant's name.

Another thing, Should I revised the address, because the baranggay and street name has changed thru the years but still the same house #, subd name and city, though I already registered the new one for the delivery address a month ago prior to getting an appointment date.  I feel like this is not a major changed.  If I changed the add in ds 260, the add in I-864 will not be the same with ds 260 and am trying to avoid updating too many, as we only got 1 wk before interview.  It's just the address anyway. No major ones.

I hope somebody can answer,  Interview is so near, we are feeling the 'excitement'  already lol..

Thank you.

There is not an option to update the "Required Documents" section so just add the new NBI under "Optional Documents".  "Add A Document" and select "POLICE CERTIFICATE" from the drop down.  You can add a comment that it is an updated NBI Clearance.

As far as addresses in the Philippines there is a wide margin for variation.  I wouldn't worry much about the AOS or DS260 as long as it is more or less accurate.  The delivery address in the ustraveldocs site would be more critical.
