Hi All,

 

Couldn't find a July 2023 thread so starting one for all July 2023 filers for parents.

Submitted applications for the parents today. Case status is the standard "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent".

Estimated processing times of 10 months and 12 months for mother and father, respectively. Both at Potomac center.

wonder what was your check list of documents submitted?

the usual Birth cert mine, marriage cert for mom and so forth. what was your question

got the receipt notice with the pdf and could be downloaded for reference

Nice, now the waiting game. My cases have 9 months and 12 months of estimated time, which I am certain are inaccurate.

where do you see those options ?

I tried to add my case which said to put in some sort of an access code with the dob.

The access code comes in the mail with the receipt. because i didn't see one on the online receipt.

In the I-130 form, for the question " Has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary?

Do we need to provide the evidence?
