Regarding income
I have a S-corporation 1120S.
Gross Business income of $30,117 in 2022  - 1040 filled with minus income.
Gross Business income of $43,370 in 2021  - 1040 filled with minus income.
Gross Business income of $53,094 in 2020  - 1040 filled with minus income.

When I file 1040 for personal I selected Married filing separately (MFS)
and Under Dependent section of 1040 didnt put my wifes name and two chldrens names on it.
I heard that if I want to sponsor I have to put them as dependent's on 1040?

Regarding assets
I have a house in USA Which I still paying the mortgage. Payoff mortgage value is around 106000.00 . No other loans.
As of January 1, 2023, The County appraised my property as shown below:
2023 Market Value: $299,316 2023 Appraised Value: $261,583

and I also have $16000.00 in the bank and have $10000.00 cash in hand.

this Will be safe enough right? or do I still have to find a co-sponsor ?

Can’t use primary residence for I-864 purposes (assets) as it would put you in a disadvantaged situation if you had to sell it - as in where would you live?

If a Consular officer believes liquidation of an asset will be a hardship on  the sponsor, the asset will not be considered.

Spouses are not dependents. You can claim your children as dependents if you want. You are not forced to do so.
