I take it for Diabetes. My doctor recently doubled my dose. 

 

I went out for my birthday today. I had prime rib, loaded potato, salad and we shared a side of cheese fries. I took most of my food home. After about half my salad and a few fries I was stuffed.  It's amazing how it really turns off your appetite.

I was told I was distinguished looking. I really hope you get married again Charles.  You are missing all the fun. Lol

 

At my age that 3 PC special at KFC is a lot more exciting than the thought of carnal knowledge with a women

i think i'll pass on learning there is a wrong way to put the milk way, or that paper towels are so expensive.
you keep your 3 piece kfc, i will stay with deep dish pizza.

I don't take Ozempic, but I do take Metformin. Someone I know with severe diabetes has recently been put on Ozempic in combination with other drugs, but I don't think it's had much effect. My concern with these drugs is people who genuinely need them to treat diabetes will suffer in the long term because of celebrities using them to as designer weight loss pills. I've heard of them being combined with other legal and illegal drugs at parties. There are also some serious side effects to consider. Tons of celebrities are using this drug today, that are neither diabetic or overweight and it shows.

Not just celebrities - wealthy people in general. I work with a few people (all C-Suite/Partner level) who have openly talked about getting a prescription for it specifically to lose weight. One of them still eats like a horse so I'm not sure it's working for him 😂

I've found doctors in the US pretty much prescribe you whatever you ask for, unless it's stronger pain medication now, maybe?  🤷‍♀️

 

I'm always weirded out at my annual exam when I'm asked if I want refills.  Uh, you do the labs, check me, and see if I still need the meds, no? 

 

I don't need Ozempic, but I'm sure if I asked because my grandma had diabetes, and I want to maintain my healthy BMI, and some other easy lines, I would get some.  The ads in magazine sometimes even tell you how to ask your doctor.
