Your wife is the petitioner, you are the beneficiary.  It sounds like this is what was messed up and why your wife’s name was used for the medical documents.  I am not sure if this can be fixed by filling out a new DS260.  Is the case definitely back at NVC?

So what ll happened now? Nvc ll fixed it or they ll cancelled the petition?

Contact NVC and ask to fix. They won't find the problem and fix it for you. You find the problem and direct them to fix it with evidence.

Bingo

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

My name is X and my wife name is Y, is ds 260 when i review then petitioner name is Z, and my name is correct, is this a big mistake? If this is mistake how they issued the visa and after 10 days they cancelled?

Has someone else submitted an I130 for you? A mother, father or brother? Or maybe a former spouse?

No we didn't hire a lawyer, we are waiting for USCIS letter,

You need a lawyer, or someone competent to help with the process, if you cannot manage to get even the name of the visa applicant correct for the medical.

You have enough issues coming from Pakistan, these problems you created just make them worse.
