Long story short. We sponsored successfully last year under the U4U program. They left USA after 2 months and went back to Ukraine. No advance parole was issued. Now they want to come back. Can we sponsor them again? Anyone has experience with this? Thanks!!

I have seen it done in the past, I have also seen recently that people have reported problems possibly due to the other HP programme having partly switched to a lottery system and banning multiple entries.

Thank you! I think next steps are to file again and see.

Any success? From what I've seen it's a one-time thing, which I wish they would have specified somewhere.

It's somewhat unfair because the U4Us that stayed the full 2 years are now able to apply for re-parole, but those that left for urgent reasons are out of luck.
