I-129f mistake

Hello, So I realized that on my I-129f that I accidentally put the end date of my Fiance's visa on part 38d. instead of putting "D/S" like its listed on the I-94. I'm wondering if this is a large enough mistake to send a letter to uscis to correct it. I'm worried because my fiance was still in the US while we filled but it was during her grace period which was 30 days after the expiration of her visa. Because of this it looks like we sent in the I-129f after the expiration date we listed on the I-129f even though she was still legally in the us. We also sent in the I-94 with our packet and on it it says "D/S" under expiration date so I'm hoping they'll maybe notice this discrepancy but i'm not sure. We have her full I-94 which shows she left the country during her grace period so she was never in the US illegally but I'm worried about how i put it on the I-129f that it looks like that.
