Waiting for Documentarily Qualified 6 mths

Hello,

My friend F4 sibling petition, it has been 6 months since he submitted all the required documents Affidavit of Support and civil documents, the status is still "submitted" and not updated. Recently last month, he received the same email title "introduction to document collection" that received 6 months earlier. Any suggestion what he should do now?

He also filed for 2 other siblings at the same time and cases documentarily qualified.
