Hello,

I am the petitioner for my fiance k1 visa and we have an Interview appointment at the Guangzhou Embassy in August. We submitted the Ds-160 a month ago. Due to unfortunate situation I've had to change my permanent address. I've moved to a new house in the same town. My affidavit of support will contain my new address. The DS-160 has my old address. Do I need to update the DS-160, submit, print the confirmation and send again?

No need.  Your beneficiary should just provide your updated address information (and any other DS-160 info updates) at the consulate on the day of the visa interview.
