How to cancel a K1 (129-F) application that is in process?

I am the petitioner of the application.

My fiancé and I submitted our application back in May 2023. However, my fiancé and I have mutually agreed that we no longer want to live together in the United States and prefer if I move to her country instead therefore want to cancel our application process.

I've tried searching as much as I can to get that done and most sources say just send a written letter? Is that all I really need besides maybe some required information about us like our receipt number, names, passport numbers, etc?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Send a letter withdrawing your petition to the address listed on your NOA-1.

List your details as petitioner and beneficiary details (full name, dob, pob).

ROC 2009
Naturalization 2010

Since May was a month ago, you can also do nothing at this time, and send your letter that you won't be pursuing the visa/not going to the interview when time comes.  That will leave you an extra year to be sure of your decision, you've already paid for that petition...

Send a signed termination letter to the service center assigned to your petition at the address on the NOA1.  Reference names of the beneficiary and petitionet and case number.
