Hello I have a bit of questions to ask about the processing times and what I need to do and what is my alternate route to do to get my fiancé across the border from Tijuana mx to California United States. So here in tj the processing times I hear and see are very lengthy in time frame 2-3 years just to be processed that is one way is to get her a visa or a k1 visa I wonder how long that will take to get and what does she and I need to do? and the costs. Another thing is a permission to visit the United States for a care giver to help her aunt be taken care of what does she need to do to obtain the permission visa without having a visa and processing times. Another one a work visa what does she need to get for a work visa and processing times and costs. She wants a better life in the United States with her aunt what would be the best way and faster process to get her in the United States and what documents does she need again. And keep in mind the u.s consulate is here in Tijuana as well so she can get an appointment any information helps.

She needs a visa...period.  No one here will discuss any illegal activities.

No faster ways, employment based sponsorship (even if she would qualify for one, but that is a different conversation) are not quicker or easier.

If she wants to move to the US to have a better life, she needs an immigrant visa. Getting one through you (fiancée or spousal) is the most realistic. Make sure that you know what that entails (in terms of having to get/be married to her and the financial responsibility that comes with sponsoring).

No shortcuts!

Does she need a visa to be a caregiver?

Yes.

It may not be easier but can certainly be quicker - I don't understand why spousal/fiancee visas can't apply under Premium Processing like employment based IV's can, but it cuts the processing time considerably. Assuming all is ok at our interview in a couple of weeks, our total processing time will be under 6 months for EB1 immigrant visas. Our I-140 was approved in 8 days versus the year or so the I-130 takes for spousal apps.

Whether the OP's fiancée qualifies for an employed based IV is another matter though……….

Mexicans do qualify for the TN visa, now that does not cover care givers but if she can qualify that would be a good and quick option.
