Hey,

I heard that the original letter of intent was needed for the K1 Visa interview since the petition would be expired by this time. My fiance lives in Turkey, am I able to send a digital copy or do I have to mail a letter of intent with my physical signature? (Still waiting to get an interview date but want to be fully prepared).

Thanks!

Even if she interviews in turkey she follows the Casa embassy needed documents (plus the police report for Turkey

no mention on the list for the letters of intent to marry but all the documents on the following list need to be original

I should have added the original 2 letters would have been sent in the petition and will be at embassy with the packet
