The waiver might, or might not, be successful. You need to discuss with your fiancée where you are going to live together if you can't immigrate, develop a plan B; this would be the consequence of your own actions.

Like others said this is not an easy case.

 

Your future wife and you need to be prepared for a long, rocky and expensive process.

 

Why your future wife cannot move to Nigeria? 

If the priority of your relationship is to be together would you not want her to be with you?

 

I would move for any place just to be with my husband.

 

You commitment a seriously offended when you lied on a Immigration application, and because the case is similar (you in a relationship with an American women) this will raise a lot of red flags.

 

All you will need will be a amazing lawyer, a lot of money, patient and and real love to deal with all this.

This has come up a few times.  The beneficiary stated in their DS-160 or DS-260 that they are married and get denied.  Years later, they meet someone and file for K1 or CR1.  USCIS asks for the divorce certificate of the marriage that was claimed in the previous application.  

 

These posts go silent after a few posts.

I have never seen the poster return with an update on successfully responding to USCIS.

Op, it is highly probable the CO will require you to furnish a divorce decree from the fake marriage that never occurred. And you won't be able to. I think you are in some serious predicament you won't be able get yourself out of. That's why people are saying ask your future wife to be prepared to move to Nigeria so you guys can enjoy your future marriage.

Please let us know how this turns out. You will, likely, never get to the interview stage.  USCIS might demand a termination document for the fake marriage.  They already know you claimed to be married on a previous visa application.  Personally, I have never seen a case like this result in a visa. 

Your US fiance needs to join us here for a serious discussion.

from previous posts, clearly OP wanted to live / immigrate to the US, there's no way OP wanted the partner to move to Nigeria because the goal is for OP to live in the US

Agreed. I have been on this site 11 plus years and I've never seen success in this situation. Not even once.

USCIS will request a divorce decree for your fake marriage. A divorce decree for a marriage that never happened. Do you understand where this is going?

I wonder what would happen if @Alex7012 did in fact marry the other person after the denial… but then divorced.

The OP was less than clear as to what actually happened so not sure how anybody can be specific about the consequences.

I meant… after 2014 denial… OP didn’t explain what happened with the relationship after the DV denial. 
I’m sure it is an uphill battle as they were hit with misrep… this is why I stated in an earlier post OP should have evidence they were free to remarry.
