there isn't

u can not respond to things like "staged photos"

What exactly are staged photos though and why are they wrong?
Quite a few people I know will do photo shoots every year and send out cards for Christmas or the end of the year… is that staged?

My guess would be photos that are staged to look candid….    As opposed to ‘posed’ family portraits.

staging a photo means arranging the people and background to portray an emotion or event

the sentence "the sentence the photos looked staged follows the line "no family was present at the marriage" even though they were staying with family"

family did not have to be there as witnesses but they needed 2 people to witness

and family would have made the marriage celebration after the marriage papers were signed with

Henna

1st meal of dates and milk

the Arabic dress(es )

even if only 1 day of celebration where are these photos ?

these people decided to marry before meeting and  WOW that's a scary scenario

that's 1 red flag mentioned for Mena countries

All we have is this document with no background or comments so who knows?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

@Jeanne Adil you are mixing Moroccan traditions with Egyptian traditions.
Family presence at the wedding is a big cultural thing in all MENA countries: it means families are ok with and are blessing the wedding, which is a big deal.

Not having the families at the wedding is a big red flag, especially if strangers were present.

Marriages like Utah marriages and Vegas weddings are not socially acceptable in MENA countries.

Does consulate then believe they didn't really stay with family for 3 days? Or family doesn't support the relationship?

It is so sad...

@Jrmorad... it seems like your USC spouse has some decisions to make... when was the last time they visited you? Will they be able to visit again soon?

International relationships are so expensive and putting all the pressure on USC to do all the traveling is so unfair.

I read the Jeanne comment as saying this so I think you agree.

For some reason I thought the OP was the USC, but just shows the lack of info.

So this person messaged me with the same on FB yesterday. He says that his parents are elderly and live 4 hours from Cairo and in Egypt you have to sign the paperwork there and it wasn't a "wedding" in Cairo, they were just signing papers which he explained during the interview. He said that she has been there with him 3 times and that he felt confident about all the questions they asked at the interview. I asked him if they had chat logs/phone logs that they just did not submit and he did not say. He told me that the photos were regular pics - taken at the pyramids, with family, at McDonalds, just wherever.  I asked him to have his wife message me and I would try to give some basic suggestions (include more of the chat logs, write down all the questions they asked at the interiew to the best of his recollection and how he answered them) but the wife did not message me.

So the Wife has done a runner?

Yes,  many have gone thru this

some respond /some USC's give up

the USC has to follow the notice to respond to the NOIR within a given timeframe /  if the USC does not respond with REAL PROOFS that the CO's issues are not so and i mean real proofs -not a say so thing-,  the petition will be revoked and visa application denied

A Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR) is a communication sent by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to a petitioner about a previously approved petition, telling him or her that the USCIS intends to revoke the petition, along with the reasons for revocation, and giving the petitioner a fixed amount of time to respond

corolla.  It's 30 day's at least when it happened to us.
