My case get back uscis for possible revocation does any one had that before

Enter "revocation" on the VJ Search or Advanced Search feature above and it will list several threads about other members' cases involving petition revocation.

What is your visa category?  Also, was your petition initially filed with and approved by USCIS?

Yes,  many have gone thru this

some respond /some USC's give up

the USC has to follow the notice to respond to the NOIR within a given timeframe /  if the USC does not respond with REAL PROOFS that the CO's issues are not so and i mean real proofs -not a say so thing-,  the petition will be revoked and visa application denied

A Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR) is a communication sent by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to a petitioner about a previously approved petition, telling him or her that the USCIS intends to revoke the petition, along with the reasons for revocation, and giving the petitioner a fixed amount of time to respond

Married under Islamic law?

was there a marriage cerebration the day after signing the document of marriage?

did USC enclose any photos of her with Egyptian family ?

u decided to marry before meeting in person so  did u do the marriage on her first trip to Cairo?

how many times did u and spouse meet after the marraige?

how much time spent together in all?

the USC needs to respond to this NOIR with actual proof to each issue

the one issue of staged photos will be the hardest to overcome

seeing the CO did not declare a bona fida marriage,  it may be best to spend more quality time together to show real relationship

and refile the I 130 along with a letter addressing these issues

you also need to start commingling finances to help make a stronger case'

get a POA from the Egyptian and add him to tax returns following IRS site for nonresident alien spouse

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/nonresident-spouse

after getting the ITIN add him to bank account (he can not have a debit card till arrives in US),  add him to a utility bill,  each of u make a will in favor of the spouse

Be ready to prove all of the above

Is there another page?

They do not believe you are in a bona fide relationship.

next page says petitioner has 30 days from date of notice to respond to the issues

with original legible copies of documents front and back

originals will not be returned

i got private message of this page

OP

its going to be hard almost impossible to respond to these issues as u moved too fast to marry but good luck

Nothing mentioned on previous posts that helps.

Maybe you can move there for several years to establish bonafides?

I don't see a way back from this.

The only solution I see is for the couple to actually live together outside the US for a year or two, then re-apply.
