Is there a interview fee and how much it will be

No interview fee for visa interviews.  If you already have your interview appointment, then you've already paid the immigrant visa (IV) fee at NVC stage.

Depending on the courier affiliated with your consulate, there may be a fee for visa delivery.  After you get the visa in your passport, you should pay the immigrant fee (not the same as IV fee) to USCIS online for plastic green card production.

Tha k you for your reply so you know how much they charge

Usually, the petitioner is the one who pays the new immigrant fee after visa issue.  It's currently $220 paid online.  You WILL have a fee for your medical exam.  That varies by country as it is paid to the medical facility.

You can pay either before or after traveling to the US.  Paying as soon as possible after the visa is issued is advised.  His actual plastic Green Card will not be produced until the fee has been paid AND he has entered the US.  You can pay at the following link.  You will need 2 numbers which are, both, located on the visa.
