oh god I just cut off my Dishnet work last week. tired of dayum weather interouptions. I had the Dishnet work for like 5 years. finally, I got fed up. I switch to cable. yeah its more but, dayum not too many hassles.

that's why I have directv.... i hardly ever lose signal because of weather.

August 26th -- interview date - we need to complete a I-601 waiver so it's back to waiting again

January 6, 2005 i-601 waiver approved!!!!

January 21, 2005 VISA IN HAND

February 12, 2005 WEDDING!!!!!

March 10, 2005 mailed AOS and EAD applications to Chicago

April 18, 2005 EAD and AOS receipt dates for NOA

June 30, 2005 AOS RFE evidence submitted (translated birth certificate)

August 10, 2005 ---EAD approved via infopass appointment

October 18, 2005 - AOS interview in St. Louis - received an RFE for vaccination supplement

February 9, 2006 - denial for AOS letter due to the wrong form being submitted from the doctor. PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU!!

February 16, 2006 - USCIS accepts the motion to reopen without an additional fee - finally something goes right! We should hear from USCIS St. Louis office within 2 weeks.

April 3, 2006 - Received welcome to America letter in the mail!

April 8, 2006 - Received GC in the mail - done for 2 years!!!!

March 1, 2008 - mailed off I-751

March 3, 2008 NSC delivery confirmation

March 10, 2008 NOA 1

March 28, 2008 Biometrics appointment

Legal Permanent Resident - just waiting for time to pass for him to have eligibility for citizenship.

We've got Dish here in SoCal. Worst weather outage was when we got a downpour last year and it was out for the 15 minutes it took for the cell to move on. I get HD programming too (I was a VOOM subscriber, I love high def!). Also got a 30" dish to pull in Morroccan TV (that one is free). Lots of other international TV on that sat.

first the house we bought..sanita did not like the bathroom..so it is completely gutted...and after 1 1/2 weeks still that way.....also, there were varoius other things to do..so, they have got most of that done and hopefully be done and gone by the end of this week....

second, is that i am taking the day off work to get the direct tv installed...i know we will not be noved there for at lest 3 weeks probably more, but such is life..anyway, it has russian programming and that is why....

i be glad to get this sh!t over with...also, i see more of my collection of 1980 clothes tossed out with the rest of my stuff.. :D ..

well, i off to move my porn into the safety deposist box :whistle:

so where is your porn safety deposist box? is it at a friends house :lol::lol::lol:

I had Directtv in Texas. I did not have a problem I just had one or two outages cause of super bad weather. It is good. I am going to work for a cable company, I will see if they have a deal like discounted cable or what if not I will try to get Directv

the direct tv did not get installed..sadly, they could get all the channels but russian..of course, they looked around for 5 minutes at most, said nope..and left..i installed dish before and helped with several of my friends and family..so, i probably reorder it and line it up on top of the carport..

americans..where is an illegal when you need one!
