If they approve my re-entry - Does it lower the chances of getting a work permit\green card again in the future if I want to start the whole process all over agian?

I am currently considering either giving up and submitting again sometime - or re-entry

If you formally abandon your current GC via the I407 process, it should not impact any subsequent I130 applications.

What you say is actually - Give up the work permit in advance, do not submit RE ENTRY

and apply again in the future (If I'm still married and we have children there shouldn't be a problem)

I am saying that you are currently an LPR with a Green Card (not sure why you are talking work permit, your GC is the work permit with the SSN) so you have three choices, return now find work and progress your life in the US, return now and apply for a re-entry permit while in the US, wait for the biometrics or the letter- saying they will re-use biometrics, or do not return, formally give up your GC (I407), and if and when you ever decide you want to come to the US again permanently, you can start the process all over again and you should have no issues.  I am not recommending any particular path, that is your decision.  If you choose the re-entry permit path that could afford you more time to find employment or decide if you even want to live the in the US.

Applying for re-entry permit means you are still an LPR. All you have to do is file US taxes while you live outside the US and return to the US when you want to live there… I believe you can apply for an extension once (so a total of 4 years outside the US is possible).
