Our case was approved April the 4th have not received any correspondence from NVC. Send an inquiry and receive the following message:

To Whom it Concerns:

Thank you for your inquiry. Our records do not show that we received your petition.

It can take up to six weeks for an approved petition from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to arrive at the National Visa Center (NVC). Once we receive it, we will enter your petition into the U.S. Department of State's database systems.

I'm a little concerned because the approval letter said that it was supposed to be sent to the NVC in Portsmouth, NH

I call the automated system at USC IS and it just says that our case was approved.

If anyone has any information please help thank you.

it's taking up to, and sometimes over, 90days to go from uscis to nvc rn. Many march people are still waiting. It's normal, sorry.

OK so they responded to our inquiry and said that it was received but it hasn't been input it into the database we would receive a welcome letter and our unique number.

In addition I'm not sure if this helped but I wrote to my local Congresswoman to investigate they said they were on it and will let us know once they heard something back.

What's crazy is we heard back the same day from the Congress woman and the NVC.
